BME 101: Management Fundamentals

Building Manager Excellence is a collaborative-based development program that is designed to be ready-made for Districts/Projects/Departments to use for their new & emerging leaders.   The BME framework is built around the essentials of management, and centered on the specific areas that helps breed success as one matures as a manager. Management Fundamentals is essential (for first-time/new managers) for ensuring that their teams are productive and efficient. It also helps them to build relationships with their team members and to develop their own leadership skills.   BME 101 is created to prepare new/first-time managers for the transition to leading others and getting the work done through teams effectively. It is best utilized in a group/program setting, which can be arranged and set-up by contacting your HRBP or Talent Development. However, the content of the BME Framework is suitable for self-paced learning, as well, and can be done in concert with your manager or mentor.
